Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). We process approved withdrawal requests within 2 hours during business hours. Timelines for funds reaching your account depend on your payment provider.

We use segregated player accounts to hold player funds. Your funds are not used for operational purposes.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal of any associated winnings.
